Participants wereable to learn about the HACCP system (food safety management system), toacquire the basic knowledge and skills for the implementation of the HACCPsystem, to learn about the HACCP principles, the regulations of the foodsafety, HACCP terminology and documentation.
Also, on this course,participants were able to prepare flow charts, HACCP plan, HACCP hazardanalysis and identification of critical control points using decision trees.
