On Wednesday andThursday (14-15.09.2016.) at the hotel Majestik in Belgrade, was successfully held the accredited course“Lean Thinking“, organized by The Lean Six Sigma Company inRotterdam.
This two-day training for Lean thinking enables attendees toapply Lean principles into practice. The course consists of two main subjectand a simulation. The two main subjects are 7 and 5 process wastes principles Womack. Further more thecourse training will use simulation that will help you to put lean knowledge intopractice.
