The Family Friendly EnterpriseStandard is based on the principle of corporate social responsibility, with afocus on work-life balance. The FFE certificate is a long-term procedure thatincreases the competitive advantage of companies with positive effects onsociety. The training was to raise competencies and acquire the necessaryskills of employees in VIP Mobile in order to successfully conduct internaltraining according to the Family Friendly Enterprise standard. Thanks tosuccessful training, VIP Mobile currently has twelve internal trainers.
