Since July 1, 2010, the portable pressure equipment directive TPED – 2010/35/EU has been applied in EU member countries for the conformity assessment of new cylinders for technical and cryogenic gases. From July 1, 2005, the scope of application of this directive was extended to drums, cylinder batteries and tanks for Class 2 gases according to ADR/RID.

In cooperation with partners, TMS provides you with support

• counseling and training on the application of the Directive for mobile pressure equipment – TPED 2010/35/EU
• conformity assessment of new mobile pressure equipment and re-assessment of conformity for existing mobile pressure equipment, in cooperation with partners
• by controlling the existing (“old”) mobile equipment under pressure and under the supervision of your inspection services (the inspection service within the applicant under the supervision of the conformity assessment body) in cooperation with partners.
