Construction products – metal construction products and auxiliary equipment (CPR)

Construction products – metal construction products and auxiliary equipment, metal construction elements and finished metal products such as: grids, supports, columns, steps, earth piles, bearing piles and piles, sections cut to size, with or without protection against corrosion by coating, welded or not (for use in the manufacture of frames and foundations, with the application of EN 1090-2; EN 1090-3; EN 1090-4; EN 1090-5) are placed on the market and put into use if they meet the technical requirements prescribed by special laws and regulations in:

• For the Republic of Serbia, the requirements are prescribed in the Law on Construction Products (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 83/2018), and a separate regulation is the Rulebook on the method of conducting evaluation and verification of the constancy of the performance of construction products (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 59/2019);

• The European Union (EU) requirements are prescribed in Regulation 305/2011/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of March 9, 2011 on establishing harmonized conditions for placing construction products on the market (CPR 305/2011/EU), and its special part is Annex V, paragraph 1.3, which refers to the assessment and verification of the constancy of the performance of construction products – OVSP (Assessment and verification of constancy of performance – AVCP).

TMS CEE doo in cooperation with the partner notified body from the EU (notified body – NoBo) for OVSP of construction products – construction products made of metal and auxiliary equipment provides OSVP of construction products made of metal and auxiliary equipment with the application of actions in system 2+:

• initial inspection of the production facility and factory production control (FPC);

• constant monitoring, assessment and evaluation of factory production control (FPC);

In accordance with EN 1090-1. On request, it is possible to provide OVSP in system 3 in accordance with EN 1090-1 for a specific product, that is, a family of structural metal products and auxiliary equipment.

TMS CEE doo develops its own services in the field of control and OVSP of structural metal products and auxiliary equipment. As an accredited control body type A in accordance with SRPS ISO/IEC 17020, it conducts documentation control, new product control and control during production for steel and aluminum constructions according to SRPS EN 1090-2 and SRPS EN 1090-3.
