GlobalGAP covers the production of primary agricultural products and post-harvest activities. This standard is intended to provide a guarantee to retailers and consumers, that all measures and controls have been taken to make the product safe for the health of consumers. GlobalGAP includes certification systems for fruits, vegetables, flowers and ornamental plants, fisheries, livestock production and integrated agricultural production.
