On Wednesday and Thursday (June 1 – June 2, 2016), TMS Academy successfully organized a two-day HACCP – system administrator course. The lecturer was Nemanja Petrović, trainer and LA HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC 22000.

The participants were able to get acquainted with the HACCP system (food safety management system), to acquire basic knowledge and skills for the application of the HACCP System.

Also, the participants were able to familiarize themselves with HACCP principles, regulations in the field of food safety, HACCP terminology and documentation. On the course itself, they acquired the knowledge to independently create a flowchart, HACCP plan, HACCP hazard analysis and identification of critical control points using a decision tree.
