On Saturday, March 21, TMS Academy successfully held an educational workshop for bidders. The lecture was held by Tamara Mikić – Republican Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, Assistant Secretary and Svetlana Ražić – Public Procurement Administration, Head of the Group for Monitoring, Control and Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures. The following topics were covered at the workshop: Mandatory and additional conditions for participation in the public procurement procedure, bids in the public procurement procedure, and special attention was given to misinterpretations and the application of certain provisions regarding the rights protection procedure.
