Objections and appeals
TMS CEE d.o.o. resolves complaints and objections addressed to it, related to its work or the work of its client. Objections may refer to the work procedure of TMS CEE, which includes the work procedure of permanent employees and externally hired persons (checkers, controllers, experts), as well as objections to the work of TMS CEE clients. Also, TMS CEE resolves appeals related to any adverse decision made in connection with control/certification activities. The procedure for resolving objections and appeals is defined by Procedure TMS PR 08, Dealing with objections and appeals.
