The general rules for certification/inspection prescribe general relations with companies, i.e. persons for reporting the procedure, the course of the procedure, the issuance and use of documents and marks of conformity, as well as supervision in the procedures of conformity assessment, i.e. certification/inspection in TMS CEE doo.
TMS CEE doo is accredited/appointed for:

• Management System Certification 
  Accreditation according to ISO/IEC 17021;
  General rules of management system certification;

• Product certification
  Accreditation according to ISO/IEC 17065; 

  1. Appointment for assessing the conformity of concrete reinforcing steel.
  General rules for certification of steel products for concrete reinforcement;

  2. Appointment for certification of organic production,
  General rules of organic production certification;

  3.appointment for conformity assessment of pressure equipment.
  General rules cert. OPP and JPPP;

  4. Appointment for conformity assessment of simple pressure vessels.
  General rules cert. OPP and JPPP;

• Certification of persons
  Accreditation according to ISO/IEC 17024;
  General rules of certifcations of persons;

• Controlling
  Accreditation according to ISO/IEC 17020;
  General rules of controlling ;

The rules are publicly available on the site www.tms.rs, and on request they are delivered in a printed edition.
Companies or persons who accept an offer/agreement for conformity assessment – certification/inspection also accept the corresponding General Rules for certification/inspection stated in the offer/agreement and they are applied in the mutual relations between the two parties: companies – individuals and TMS CEE doo.
Companies – persons, holders of certificates, are obliged to comply with the provisions of the documents that give instructions for the use of conformity documents (certificates) and the mark of conformity (Serbian mark of conformity). Instructions on the use of certificates of conformity and the mark of conformity are delivered to each client, when submitting the certificate of conformity, in electronic and/or printed form and/or are available on the website www.tms.rs .

TMS CEE d.o.o. will make available to interested parties information about the implemented conformity assessment procedures: certified clients, controlled or certified products or certified persons. The request for publicly available information is sent to the email: office@tms.rs and must contain: the name of the organization/person making the request and the number of the compliance document – certificate for which the information is requested. TMS CEE doo will respond to the request in writing, if the request is complete, and publish the requested information, if it is considered publicly available.
