On Friday, June 3, 2016, TMS Academysuccessfully organized a one-day course FMEA – a key tool for theimplementation of ISO 9001: 2015. Lecturer in this course was Zvezdan Markovic,LA for QMS, EMS, OH & S FSC CoC certified and SSBB (Six Sigma Black Belt).

The participants of the course had theopportunity to learn about the method FMEA and to be involved in a specificapplication of FMEA methods through our workshops.
Also, participants were able to acquireskills for independent application of FMEA methods in their own organization.
