Successfully held seminar on Public procurement - current issues and problems in practice, at the Holiday Inn hotel

On Friday, June 17, 2016, in the conference hall of the Holiday Inn Hotel, TMS Academy successfully organized a one-day seminar on Public procurement – current issues and problems in practice. The lecturers at this seminar were Danijela Bokan (Directorate for Public Procurement, Head of the Department for System Analysis and International Cooperation), Svetlana Ražić (Directorate for Public Procurement, Head of the Group for Monitoring, Control and Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures), and Branislav Cvetković (Member of the Republic Commission for Protection rights in public procurement procedures).

The participants of this seminar had the opportunity to learn about the following topics:

· Framework agreement – regulation and application in practice;

· Opinions and positions of the Public Procurement Administration regarding certain controversial issues in the implementation of the Public Procurement Act;

· The most common mistakes when compiling tender documents and after the decision of the contracting authority has been made through the practice of the Republic Commission.

After that, all participants had the opportunity to ask the lecturers the desired questions related to public procurement, to which the lecturers answered.
