Lecturers at this seminar wereDanijela Bokan (Public Procurement Office, Head of the Department of SystemsAnalysis and International Cooperation), Svetlana Ražić (Public ProcurementOffice, Head of the Group for monitoring, control and surveillance of publicprocurement procedures), and Branislav Cvetković (Article Republic Commissionfor protection of rights in public procurement procedures).

Lecturers at this seminar were Danijela Bokan (Public Procurement Office, Head ofthe Department of Systems Analysis and International Cooperation), SvetlanaRažić (Public Procurement Office, Head of the Group for monitoring, control andsurveillance of public procurement procedures), and Branislav Cvetković(Article Republic Commission for protection of rights in public procurementprocedures).
Participants of the seminar had theopportunity to be familiarized with the following topics:
· Framework agreement – regulation andapplication in practice;
· The views of the Public Procurement on certaincontentious issues in the application of LPP;
· The most common mistakes while drawing upthe tender documentation after the decision were taken by the contractingauthority practice of Republic Commission.
After that, all participants had the opportunityto ask questions related to public procurement law, to which the lecturersresponded.
