Successfully held Lean Thinking course

On Wednesday and Thursday (September 14-15, 2016), the accredited course “Lean Thinking”, organized by The Lean Six Sigma Company from Rotterdam, was successfully held in the premises of the Majestic Hotel.

This two-day Lean thinking training enables participants to apply Lean principles in practice. The course consists of two main subjects and one simulation. The two main subjects are 7 process wastes and 5 principles of Womack. In the further flow training, a simulation is used, which helps to apply what has been learned in practice.

By attending this training, participants were able to train themselves to apply “Lean” principles in their organizations and to raise the level of process quality management. Also, an excellent insight into the great potential that Lean and Six Sigma methodologies bring.

The course was held by Arijen Onderwater, one of the most experienced Lean lecturers of The Lean SixSigma Company from Rotterdam.
