On Monday, September 26, 2016, the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) course was successfully held in the premises of the TMS Academy, Rudnička 2, the lecturer of the course is Zvezdan Marković, one of the leading experts in the automotive industry in our area.

The course consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is imbued with a large number of examples from practice, and through discussion with the lecturer, it is brought closer to the participants. In addition to the goals and definitions of APQP, it is also important to review the introduction to the FMEA analysis, for this reason one of the workshops is based on that principle.

The emphasis of the course is placed on two interesting workshops, where the participants use specific examples from their organizations, with the help of the lecturer, to create a Control plan and an FMEA table.
