On Tuesday, 31.01.2017. Another “Breakfast with experts” was successfully held in the premises of the TMS Academy with a focus on mediation and arbitration, i.e. out-of-court settlement of disputes in the economy.

Lecturer Blažo Nedić, a lawyer by profession, mediator of the World Bank and president of the National Association of Mediators of Serbia, spoke, among other things, about the application of the mediation and arbitration institute to settle disputes in the economy, reaching an agreement with the help of a neutral mediator and maintaining control over the outcome of the dispute, about the importance of arbitration and the arbitrator’s decision, as well as about the reasons why in the USA more than 90% of cases are resolved by court.

Kruna Gavović, mediator, member of the National Association of Mediators, spoke about the concept and importance of mediation and how the procedure can be used in the economy.
