On Thursday, March 23, 2017, at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, a guest lecture was held for the fourth-year undergraduate course Quality Management in Service Activities on the topic “Qualities in Compliance Assessment”.

Lecturer Natalija Jovičić Zarić, MSc. since April 2015, he has been working at TMS CEEdoo Belgrade as a coordinator for organizational and international development and as a quality manager. She gained experience first by working at her home faculty, then in industry, then in the consulting services sector, and later joined the Accreditation Body of Serbia – ATS.

Students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the quality manager in the company TMS CEE and with the concept of conformity assessment in the body that deals with control and certification (of products, processes and management systems). An invitation was sent to students to participate in the international quality conference JUSK ICQ-2017 Special conference: “Assessment of conformity” which will be held from June 5 to 9, 2017.
