Presentation of standard requirements – 30.08.2017

The new version of the FSSC 22000 standard was published in December 2016. Mirjana Đogo, TÜV SÜD Lead auditor, will present the synergy between the old and new version of the standard and the major changes required by the new version in order to improve consistency and focus on fraud prevention in the food industry.

The course is intended for everyone who is interested in implementing changes in the version of the FSSC standard.

This one-day course will be held at the location of the TMSAcademy educational center, Rudnička Street 2.

Some of the topics are: why Food Fraud is an important concept for food safety, what are the preventive measures and mitigation of its impact, what is the realistic application of standards in practice, as well as many other issues relevant to your business.

With the appearance of this version of the standard, new chapters and guidelines are opened that lead to a strong and controlled system.
