TMSAkademija from Belgrade, in cooperation with the “Ekvilib” Institute from Slovenia, successfully trained internal trainers for the Family Friendly Enterprise certificate.

The FamilyFriendly Enterprise standard is based on the principle of socially responsible company management, with a focus on work-life balance. The FFE certificate represents a long-term procedure that increases the competitive advantage of companies with positive effects on society. The training had the purpose of raising the competencies and acquiring the necessary skills of VIP Mobile employees in order to successfully conduct internal training according to the Family Friendly Enterprise standard. Thanks to successful training, VIP Mobile currently has twelve internal trainers.
