It is with great pride and pleasure that we inform you that TMS CEE doo, in the process of continuous development during 2024 and 2025, has significantly expanded its services in the area of ​​conformity assessment, inspection and testing of pressure equipment (PE) and in the area of ​​inspection of transportable pressure equipment (TPE) according to the regulations of the Republic of Serbia. We have recently been designated by the Ministry of Mining and Energy for:

inspections and tests of OPP in use in accordance with the Rulebook on inspections of pressure equipment in-service (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 114/21, 63/23 and 7/25);

approval of working procedures for performing permanent joints on PE in accordance with point 3.1.2. from Annex I of the Rulebook on pressure equipment (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 114/2021);

approval of personnel performing permanent joints on PE in accordance with point 3.1.2. from Annex I of the Rulebook on pressure equipment (“Official Gazette of RS”, No.  114/21);

and from the end of 2024 we have designations for conformity assessment – certification of PE according to the Rulebook on pressure equipment (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 114/2021) and for conformity assessment – certification of simple pressure vessels (SPV) according to the Rulebook on simple pressure vessels (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No.  114/2021). Certified PE and SPV are marked with the Serbian conformity mark AAA and our identification mark И049.

We have been designated (authorized) by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure to assess TPE compliance on the basis of t. 1.8.6. of the European Agreement on the International Road Transport of Dangerous Goods – ADR and according to the Regulation on transportable pressure equipment for the testing and inspection of pressure vessels, their valves and other necessary equipment – gas cylinders, seamed and seamless steel and other materials intended for the class of dangerous goods (class 2) for inspection during the lifetime of use: periodic inspections, exceptional checks and reassessment of conformity.

TMS CEE doo provides:

full range of PE certification: new pressure vessels, industrial pipings, heated pressure equipment, auxiliary pressure equipment (valves, filters, gauges exposed to pressure,…), safety devices for PE, pressure assemblies in all applicable modules including quality assurance system modules (Modules: A2, B – production type, B – design type, C2, D, D1, E, E1, F, G, H and H1);

SPV certification: in all applicable modules (Modules: B – production type, B – design type, C1, C2 and C);

certification of personnel performing permanent joints on PE: welders, welding operators, solderers, …

certification of procedures for performing permanent joints on PE (WPQR / WPAR) for making new OPP, i.e. for changes to OPP in use (rehabilitation, reconstruction).

classification and inspection of PE in service for all purposes (petrochemical industry, heating plants, industrial plants, energy storage and supply, health facilities, …) with the application of all procedures: first inspection before commissioning, periodic inspection, extraordinary inspection and inspection before commissioning, inspection of changes (rehabilitation or reconstruction) to PE, conversion and decommissioning;

inspection of pressure vessels used for the transport of dangerous goods on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and ADR contracting countries.

The wide range of services, the number and competence of the staff and the adaptability of the organization enable the satisfaction of the requirements of the regulations and the satisfaction of the users. We note that we build our competence on several bases and that we incorporate significant experience gained in real conditions and with many years of cooperation with notified bodies from the EU on conformity assessment tasks according to PED 2014/68/EU and TPED 2010/35/EU.
