The Association forQuality and Standardization of Serbia organized the Conference at Kopaonik from29th November to 1st December, 2017. This event gatheredover 250 participants.
On the round table“Examples of good practice – Strong side of the organization” Mr. BoskoGavovic, the director of TMS CEE, spoke about the examples of the Lean SixSigma concept in organizations, and how it can result in the positive change ofthe corporate culture concurrently with the improvement of the business KPIs.
Conference has beenorganized with the support of the Ministry of education, science and technologyof Serbia, Accreditation body of Serbia and the Institute for standardizationof Serbia.
