First auditor of EN 15085 in Serbia!
We are proud to announce that Serbia has received an auditor for EN 15085, g. Ivana Stojičić, BSc. the Director of the Industry sector of company TMS CEE.
Quality management in the service industry
On Thursday, 23.03.2017, at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences a lecture was held for fourth year students of undergraduate studies during a class on “Quality management in the service industry” on the subject „Quality in the area of conformity assessment“.
